HOW OFTEN?
Follow-Up Sessions: At the end of the first session we develop a short and long term strategy for improvement. We also establish a time for a second visit to review what is working for you and what needs to be modified.
In most cases recovery takes time and commitment to a regular home practice which changes as you improve. The number of sessions required depends on your condition and goals.
Throughout this process, you are strongly encouraged to check in with me with any questions, concerns or personal feedback.
Please note that I teach Yoga as a complementary system of health, not an alternative one. It supports and works in conjunction with your normal medical treatments, and I ask that you continue your personal health routine as suggested by your doctor or medical professional.
