Learn more about shoulder, neck and low back pain and how to improve it using somatic movements and a therapeutic approach to classic yoga asanas to restore health to the whole spine.
Practice how to to bend, lift and sit pain-free.
Great workshop if you spend hours sitting at a desk or driving.
This workshop consists of education and practical application, movement and exercises to improve posture in daily life, reduce body tension and pain and to feel more at ease in your body.
