Dieting since 11 years old. Vegetarian in early 20s.
Always an interest in how the body heals. Explored ....
anxiety (me) as a teenager (yoga helped). Chartered herbalist 1998/2000. bio degree. Consciousness training. how we grow. Gardener. 
after 55 years settled into wfpb diet. 
Lost 20 lbs so far.
Tried all kinds of diets. In some ways i ate better because of it. 
Yoga at 15. Degree in biology. Joanne has been teaching yoga and relaxation tech since 1998. In 2017 she received her accrediation as a Certified Yoga Therapist through the IAYTafter completing....case studies etc.

In 2010 I trained with Nischala who was a leading yoga teacher with Dr. Dean Ornish who proved in studed that heart disease can be reversed. The component parts to reversing heart disease is

  • Breathing practices

  • Introduction and support for a low-fat whole food plant based diet
