"FASCIA OR CONNECTIVE TISSUE IS A  MAJOR PLAYER IN EVERY MOVEMENT
YOU MAKE AND EVERY INJURY YOU EVER HAD". T.MYERS

With aging, trauma, or lack of use, the fascia can lose hydration, limiting movement and predisposing us for joint problems, back pain or other chronic pain issues over time.

Is your body sore and achy, do you have sore feet, sciatic pain, low back pain, hip pain or carpal tunnel? The myo-Fascia (muscle and connective tissue) attaches the muscles to the skin and permeates our whole body. It is a "major player in every movement you make and every injury you ever had." (Tom Myers).

In this workshop you will learn:
-  Fascia as a biological system
-  How to keep fascia healthy and hyrdrated
-  Its role in adhesion, injury, trauma, movement and stretching muscle
-  How to use foam rollers, therapy balls and gentle yoga stretches to release fascia

This class is experiential so dress in comfortable clothing andbring a mat, foam roller and therapy balls. To order the materials check out the links provided on this page.
