Location: Home Yoga Studio, Unit 29 - 56 Alice St. West, Thornbury
705-888-9686 Visitor parking available. There is also parking at the dogpark which is a two minute walk from studio.
A two hour class that includes gentle movements and stretches, no strengtheners. Postures are supported with blankets and bolsters. I will guide you through various relaxation techniques and breathing practices ending with yoga nidra. Reiki energy healing is offered for one-on-one sessions.
